Terms
Like every good online web shop I operate a 7 day distance selling rule on actual items; conforming to the office of fair trading 7 day distance selling regulations 2000

However due to the nature of some of my products this does not apply to the following:

CD's
I will only replace faulty CD's.
There are no refunds for CD's that have been simply opened and not wanted.
This is protect my copyright of the item.

Lip Slicks
I will only replace damaged lip slicks. Once the seal/packet has been opened you will have tampered with the hygiene
of the product which will make the product unfit for further sales.
Please read the ingredients carefully to make sure you are not allergic to the contents,
especially if you are a nut allergy sufferer.

Digi Downloads
There are no refunds once you have downloaded a digital item.
If you experience any difficulty with your downloads please contact Kirsty via the contact page
by the means you feel necessary.
The digital images you download are NOT Commercial or Royalty free.
Except that you may create hand crafted projects to your hearts desire and sell for profit
but I reserve the right to disallow mass manufacturing to re-run my images for commercial sale
and profit in print runs in excess of 100 without gaining a licence from myself first.
Please contact me should you wish to obtain such a licence.

Any other item
I will refund your item if you have decided that you have changed your mind provided you return it
(at your own costs) and that the item is in a re-saleable condition (ie unused).
Damaged goods can either be replaced or you can request a refund.

Postage
is charged on actual, individual postable items.
Because I sell a mix of virtual and actual goods, its difficult to have a baseline postage calculator
so all actual items come with individual postal costs and are totted up at the end of the sale.
If your sale is priced over the actual cost of the parcel that is sent, you will be refunded the difference.
If your item costs more than the postal costs incurred, we will not charge you any more money.

We accept paypal for all transactions on this website.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
